Zone Therapy
Zone Therapy is a branch of Alternative Medicine. It is a comprehensive treatment of the whole body that is administered through the feet and ankles. It was designed to balance and normalize the entire body as it stimulates the body in it's entirety every time to bring you true whole body wellness.
Zone Therapy helps to normalize and optimize the functioning of the entire body by targeting all of its systems; blood circulation, lymph circulation, hormone balance, elimination, digestion, assimilation, and the autonomic nervous system. It is delivered by triggering specific points on the feet that transmit a corrective signal to the brain, autonomic nervous system, and the specific area in order to restore health to that area. The treatment is delivered in accordance with the studies and mapping established by Dr. Charles Ersdal MD (MA).
For receipt of the treatment you will be barefoot and the practitioner will apply pressure to multiple areas of the feet and ankles. This therapy is offered at all locations.

Body Work
The body work that is provided at The Wellness Zone is an add-on feature to the Zone Therapy treatment. This will consist of light massage and gentle energy work that will be administered on a massage table following the Zone Therapy session. This add-on is available at the La Crosse and Minneapolis locations.
Bodywork Add-on: .5 hour (only offered in conjunction with a Zone Therapy Session)​
Myo-Fascial Release
Myo-Fascial Release is a technique that helps to release tension in the connective tissues that surrounds the muscle cells of the body. This service is only offered at the La Crosse location.

Skasys Therapy
Skasys Therapy is a dynamic approach to the body that is both a diagnostic and therapeutic system to balance and correct. It was developed by Dr. Johann Lechner from Germany. It is a very effective and non-invasive approach to wellness. This service is only offered at the
La Crosse location.
Sessions last 1-1.5 hours

Mineral Hair Analysis
Hair analysis is a way to measure tissue toxicity by taking a small sample of hair and sending it to a laboratory for testing. The test results will follow along with recommendations to help correct and balance through diet and supplementation.
The Avatar Course
We believe that true health consists of treating all aspects of the mind, body, and spirit therefore in addition to offering Zone Therapy we are excited to support people on their mental, emotional path of growth by offering The Avatar Course.

Avatar is a series of courses that provide people with extremely effective experiential tools and exercises for exploring consciousness and broadening their potential and abilities. Matilda began her practice of Avatar at the age of 12 and her love for this work grows every day.
